"I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very clean and family-friendly, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay for a family of four. The location is also very convenient — especially if you’re traveling back to Narita Airport, as the T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) is just a short walk away. "Sakura cross hotel had exceeded our expectations even before we had gotten into our rooms. The staff was very friendly had helpful, and they were kind enough to put our luggage into our room for us. Going into the room, we were all surprised at how big it was as well as how unique the architecture was. Quite for a good nights sleep and good location for things nearby, however might be a little bit far out depending on what you're visiting so you spend a bit of time on the subway. "Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Easy location to get to from the airport since the hotel is connected to the TCAT terminal. This is my first time in Tokyo and I'm happy with the convenient location of the hotel. Access to the Z line subway can be found in the hotel's lower level. "A great bargain in Tokyo. Yes, the rooms are small, and although I had a double bed I wouldn't recommend that particular room for two people. But staff was friendly, there was a good buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western choices, metro was literally right next door, and coffee and tea were available for much of the day.
