"Sakura cross hotel had exceeded our expectations even before we had gotten into our rooms. The staff was very friendly had helpful, and they were kind enough to put our luggage into our room for us. Going into the room, we were all surprised at how big it was as well as how unique the architecture was. "Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Easy location to get to from the airport since the hotel is connected to the TCAT terminal. This is my first time in Tokyo and I'm happy with the convenient location of the hotel. Access to the Z line subway can be found in the hotel's lower level. This made it easy to get around Tokyo for sightseeing. The buffet breakfast is also very good. There's no coin laundry machine on site but we found one 5 minutes walking distance away. "We LOVE this hotel stay. It's definitely a HOME away from home with EVERYTHING we need, from full kitchen to washer-dryer laundry room.
