"Great, cozy cabin for a couple! The place was clean and well-stocked. We had no issue finding the cabin and enjoyed the bit of privacy that the longer driveway provided. It was a little cool when we arrived but the lovely gas fireplace warmed us up quickly!We had originally planned to stay during a large snowstorm but the owner reached out, generously offering to reschedule for a later date due to the snow emergency. "Such a serene, inviting cottage! We enjoyed our peaceful weekend at the mint cottage. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and inviting, and the perfect location to go explore Shenandoah National Park & George Washington National Forest. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it's easy to tell the owner takes great pride in and care of this relaxing space. The walking trails on the property were perfect for the dog too! We will return soon."

"This rental was great! We felt like it could have been cleaner, there were several stink bugs and it was dusty. The pool table is so crooked and leans to the side so it’s not worth playing on. We loved all the different games and played several. It feels very secluded and private. We loved reading all the yurt instructions and very much enjoyed spending our time there!"

"We loved our stay at the Apple Mountain house. We had a nice relaxing evening with a beautiful view, a lovely fire pit and wonderfully cozy deck. The home was very clean and had a lot of activities for adults and children. All questions were answered immediately when I asking the host. I would recommend four-wheel-drive to get to the location. Definitely would stay here again."
