CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT & OPTIONAL UPGRADES



Standard check-in is after 4:00 PM. Standard check-out is before 10:00 AM.



The following optional add-on services are available subject to the cleaning schedule between stays:



• Premium Early Check-In — $200: guaranteed 12:00 PM arrival (4 hours early). Request at booking or at least 48 hours before arrival.

• Late Check-Out — $50: extends departure to 12:00 PM. Subject to next-day reservation timing.



All other fees (cleaning, refundable damage deposit, applicable taxes) are reflected in the reservation total at booking. No additional mandatory fees are collected outside the platform.

Guest Access:

GETTING IN



The front door has a Schlage smart-lock keypad — no key needed. Your 4-digit access code arrives by message before your check-in date:

- It activates at your scheduled check-in time and works through check-out.

- A 4-digit backup code is included in case the primary doesn't work.

- If neither code works, message us through your booking platform and we'll respond as quickly as possible.

CHECK-OUT & CLEANING



Standard check-out is by your scheduled departure time. Our cleaning team typically arrives shortly after — they may park at the top of the road or out of immediate view, so please don't feel rushed if you don't spot them right at checkout. If you'd like a late checkout, we may be able to offer one for $50 (subject to next-day reservation timing).

Located in a quiet riverfront community on Rollason Drive in Front Royal — Virginia's gateway to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, and the Shenandoah River.



Golfers will find three courses within a 10-minute drive: Shenandoah Valley Golf Club (27 holes, ~2.5 mi), Front Royal Golf Club (9-hole riverside course, ~2.7 mi), and Blue Ridge Shadows (18 holes, ~3.5 mi). A short drive extends the rotation to Sly Fox, Rock Harbor, and Caverns Country Club.



Other nearby: Christendom College, Shenandoah River State Park (kayak put-in), Skyline Drive, downtown Front Royal restaurants and breweries, and a handful of regional wineries. The home itself sits on a wide lot with mature trees, an expansive deck, and easy access to Route 340 for trips to Winchester and Luray.

This service travels from the Waterloo Park & Ride Lot to key locations in Washington, D.C., including Rosslyn, Metro Center, and L’Enfant Plaza. The bus offers amenities like free Wi-Fi and comfortable seating, making it a convenient option for commuters.



OmniRide Western Express:

Connecting Front Royal to the Gainesville Park & Ride lot, this service allows passengers to transfer to express buses heading to the Pentagon, Rosslyn, and other destinations in Northern Virginia.



Virginia Breeze Intercity Bus: This state-operated bus line provides service between Blacksburg and Washington, D.C., with a stop in Front Royal, offering additional travel options for guests.

Other Things to Note:

Nature Setting: As this is a river retreat, you may encounter local wildlife and insects. Please keep doors closed to maintain the indoor environment.



Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and the peaceful surroundings, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



For security purposes, an exterior camera is installed at the front door. There are no cameras inside the home.
