Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a quiet location, see-messe-zentrumsnah,
with large garden and beautiful terrace, can accommodate 8-14 people.
Each bedroom is equipped with TV, wifi free of charge, 2 large beautiful bathrooms each with washer and dryer, a total of 4 toilets, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large dining room with TV. The apartment is ideal for larger groups, couples, large families, all are welcome, parking is adequate, pets welcome by arrangement.
5 bedrooms (4 each with a double bed1,80x2, 00m and a sofa bed each 1,40x2, 00m, and 2 single beds can be made as a double bed.)

Das Mobiliar ist renovierungsbedürftig. Im Souterrain sind die Schlafräume sowie das Bad feucht und klamm und von Kellerasseln bewohnt. Die Küche ist klein und für die max. angegebene Personenzahl (14) nicht ausreichend. Kühlschrank zu klein, Gefrierfach leckt, Herd und Geschirrspüler nicht zusammen nutzbar. Fast keine Zimmertür ließ sich geräuschlos schließen. Der große Garten mit schönem Baumbestand hat keinerlei Beleuchtung. Die Gartenmöbel sind ueberholungsbeduerftig . Preis /Leistung insgesamt nicht angemessen.

I originally booked this property from May 19 - Friday May 24, 2024 at a much lower price which the owner cancelled because he said he had not figured in the 2024 prices. I had already let him know we were coming from California for a family reunion in Germany with my husband’s family. I had no choice but to rebook this property adding 1 day for checkout at a new significantly higher price. That is not the worst of it. Our German family are extremely clean people. When we arrived there before any groceries could be put away my niece Jenny spent over an hour cleaning the large refrigerator in the main kitchen because it was so gross. In the downstairs basement bathroom and bedrooms there were hundreds of little black bugs crawling everywhere. My sister-in-laws just kept vacuuming them up. The entire house was dusty and dirty with cobwebs everywhere. I do have a lot of photos of all this. I also have a niece named Jessi that was the only person receiving communication from Herman’s wife Claudia. I never received check in info. Only Jessi did by WhatsApp. She also totally ignored me when we got to the house and started directly with Jessi. This reservation was booked by me on my VRBO account. She should have been dealing with only me unless I state otherwise. For the huge price we paid for this house for a family reunion that may never happen again I would have expected an immaculate house like we had in Fussen Bavaria and in Varenna Italy.

Im Haus war alles Nötige für solch eine große Gruppe vorhanden. Wir hatten alle viel Spaß bei den Spiel-und Grillabenden.Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Sehr gute Busverbindungen zum Hafen.

Our hosts were excellent! Wonderful communication before and during our entire visit. Our hosts even greeted us with a bowl full of apples, waters, wine, and coffee. Exactly what you need after a long flight! Furthermore, the hosts gave up their own personal fans for a very hot couple of days during our visit. The house was perfect for our multi-family situation. Bedrooms were very large and comfortable, and two very big, full bathrooms (with washers and dyers) and two half baths made it so no one was ever waiting for a bathroom (a plus for large families). The kitchens were well stocked and cooking was easy with the typical spices already provided in the house. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood, with walking distance to two grocery stores and about a 20 minute walk to the promenade. Driving wise it was the ideal location. Everything we visited in about an hours drive. Overall, very happy with our stay. We would certainly stay again!

Claudia is an amazing hostess. She is kind and helpful. The property is large and comfortable. We appreciated the extra towels, soaps, paper towels, kitchen supplies, and everything else that we could need. We highly recommend this house.

Wir waren 7 erwachsene Personen, untergebracht in 4 sehr schönen geräumigen Doppelzimmern. 2schöne große Bäder und 2 separate Toiletten standen uns zu Verfügung. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Eine große Terrasse wurde täglich zum Frühstück genutzt…Ein großer Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten war auch vorhanden.Sehr nette Vermieter…ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende…sehr zu empfehlen

Claudia and Hermann are great VRBO hosts. The house is exactly what was advertised. We had plenty of room. Lovely garden. Great BBQ. We were comfortable and content. Great access to many activities. I would absolutely stay again with a large group (we were 10 all together!)

Check in with Claudia was fast and the owners were easy to contacts if needed. This home was 3 stories - 2 full bathrooms so perfect for our group of 7. The yard and outside deck were large and nice to relax in. Kitchen stocked well and 2 washers/dryers was an asset for our big group. Loved that the house was close to town to catch ferry and walk along the lake, but also in a quiet neighborhood. The best part was the forest walking trails right outside our house. Most enjoyable to stroll in the mornings and watching the zeppelins fly by was added bonus.

Für unseren 11 köpfigen Familienurlaub war diese Unterkunft einfach perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, sodass man auch einen gemütlichen Rückzugsort hatte. Das Highlight ist der große Garten mit viel Platz zum Spielen und etlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auf der großen Terasse war genug Platz für uns alle, sodass wir auch Dank der vorhandenen Grills einen schönen Abend im Freien verbringen konnten. Die Lage des Hauses direkt neben einem Wald ist super ruhig und dennoch zentral, alles Notwendige konnten wir in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Die Vermieter sind total freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen, man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Our family had a wonderful experience at this property. There was more than enough room for everyone, and it was very well equipped for anything we needed. We cooked, grilled in the garden, and ate most of our meals on the veranda. The owners provided thoughtful welcome gifts, communicated in advance to set up the beds as we needed, and met us there to go over the property. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we could have needed. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we hope to be back again soon. Thank you!

7 Erwachsene, ein Bernhardiner und eine Franz. Bulldogge sind nach einem prima urlaub erholt und zufrieden auf der Heimreise. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wald, was für die Hunde perfekt ist. Die Ausstattung im Haus und im Garten ist hervorragend. Auch für große Gruppen gibt's genügend bequeme Liegestühle. Und drei Grills sind natürlich auch da. Alles in allem hat's uns super gefallen.

Claudia und Hermann Mayer sind unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Handtücher, aber auch Geschirrtücher sind genug vorhanden. Klopapier, Küchenrollen, Kaffee, Filter, Zucker, viele Gewürze, etc. findet man ebefalls vor. Als uns das Öl ausging hat uns Claudia sofort ausgeholfen. Das Interieur ist twar schon etwas älter, aber es ist alles sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Räume sind auch vom Platz her großzügig. Moderne TVs sind in den meisten Schlafzimmern und im Wohnraum. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Es sind 2 große Weber-Kugelgrills vorhanden und jede Menge Gartenliegen und Sessel. Uns hat der Aufenthalt bei den Mayers sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank!
