"Here for son’s graduation. Great location, close to downtown, easy access to what we needed. Home was comfortable and supplied with everything you would need. Communication with the owner was very appreciated and put me at ease with whole process. Thank You!"

"First impressions as you pull up are that the neighborhood is great, the waterfront location is great. But this property is dated, and in bad need of repair and TLC. When you walk into the house it only gets worse. The yard is more dandelions than grass and has significant areas where it was just dirt and gravel bits. "Quite spot in an enclosed side yard. Can't hear the highway at all once inside. Is next to the neighbor's RV, but didn't hear anything. Unsure if occupied. Easy to get to the White River Amphitheater and then back home. Nice couple. Felt safe."

"Felt safe in this neighborhood. Anyone with mobility issues should be aware of steps leading into home have no railing. There are also stairs leading to living area but these stairs have railing for support. Nice sized kitchen with minimum of kitchen utensils if you are wanting to cook. If you are eating out or bringing in food , this is not an issue. We would stay here again based upon feeling safe and meeting our needs. "We really enjoyed our stay. The house is fully equipped and well maintained. The property does not have A/C and unfortunately we were there during a bit of a heatwave. But the host was very accommodating and provided us with fans and cold treats to help beat the heat. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily stay again!"

"The home smelled and looked exceptionally clean. It was well equipped for our children with tons of room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and the parks were fun to have close by. We were in town visiting family, and Michael accommodated a very last minute change to our schedule. We'll stay there again in a heartbeat! "
