  • This is a unique place sitting by lake. 1404 sqft. Entire lower floor faces to lake. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Newly remodeled. Private double docks and beautiful garden. Baby cannoy crib provided.
    This area is zoned as a resort around the Lake Tapps. Seattle Hot Air balloons company sends their hot air balloons over the lake very often. Seems like here is one of their appointed spots. Sitting on my dock, you can see both of Mountain Rainier several hot air balloons. Lots of water gears are busy in the lake. It is a wonderland.

Had a lovely stay on the lake! Property had all the comforts of home. Grandson enjoyed fishing from the dock and cold plunging in the lake. Host quick to respond to a few general questions. Will definitely stay again

The property was fabulous! It has spacious bedrooms, one with an en-suite, washer/drier, fully equipped kitchen and a pool table! The property was immaculately clean and our host could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The communication was fabulous and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The property is also pet friendly and the lake views are wonderful.

The host was very easy to work with and accommodating. The rental portion of the house is the daylight basement only, (not the entire house as we were led to believe from the description) and has been updated quite nicely. Expect to hear some noise from the floor above. The lake view is nice and the gazebo and dock area look like they would be fun in warm weather. We were comfortable staying there and would consider staying there again.

Great getaway and beautiful property

Loved our stay at Helen's lake place. Beautifully done space with many amenities and right on the lake. Helen, the owner and Curly her dog, could not be any sweeter. Very nice stay for our family to get together over a long weekend with lots to do.

Beautiful stay on Lake Tapps

Helen was a fantastic host who gave us such a good vacation. The property is absolutely stunning and Helen fielded all of our questions immediately! Her property is so gorgeous and our dogs loved it. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be booking here!

Quick relaxing stay

Great spot to relax and enjoy the lake. This is a nice ground floor rental, with owner on main floor. Provides easy access to ask questions and supply stay needs. There is private access to accommodations. However, If you want maximum privacy look elsewhere.

Wonderful Week!

Our family of four + dog had a great time at Helen’s place. The weather was picture perfect for playing and on the water. We took daily family paddle board trips, played board games under the pavilion, played partner billiards inside, and went to bed exhausted and happy! The Hansons

Our stay at the lakefront property on Lake Tapps was nothing short of a piece of paradise. The serene views of the lake, combined with the peaceful ambiance, made for the perfect getaway. Helen was absolutely wonderful—so caring and attentive, ensuring that every detail was just right. The property itself was immaculate, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. We spent our days relaxing by the water and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. If you’re looking for a tranquil retreat, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

The house is in a beautiful location on the lake, the kitchen is well stocked and updated as are the two bathrooms. The rest of the house is some what outdated, but very clean and comfortable. I was not aware that the owner of the house lives upstairs. She kept to herself, was helpful and friendly. The house was very comfortable temperature wise but we had to ask the owner to turn on the AC because there is no thermostat control in the apartment. Overall our stay was wonderful, highly recommend !!
