"This was a great place to stay while we were dropping our daughter off for her sr. year at DSU! The location was central to her house in Camden, the beaches in Rehoboth and nature/marsh/beaches of southern Delaware Bay. We really enjoyed getting ice cream and walking the riverwalk. The house itself was fantastic!! It is an old house so be aware of that. We actually appreciated the character and charm that the history added to the experience over a 'new' property. "Everything was great! If you are looking for a place on the bay with a great view, very quiet, extremely clean and well stocked, comfortable, easy access to bay beaches, fishing and bird watching...The list goes on. HIGHLY recommended. In our travels up and down the east coast renting homes this is easily in the top three we have ever stayed at. We have been doing this for twenty years.You will not regret staying here."

"Marissa was very attentive in answering my questions quickly! The house was perfect for myself and my small dog! It was in close proximity to all the beaches. The bed was super comfortable. "Very nice stay for us. Clean bright space. Loved the accommodation of each room with their own lock, desk, fridge and tv. Shower, no bath but otherwise prefect for our family. Felt secure with the cameras in front and back. Was thankful for this space so close to my grandmother. "
