"Checkin was straightforward, but mostly automated; i was under the impression that the 3pm checkin was mandatory, however they let us check in at 11am anyway. The room was nice, and had everything me and my partner needed, although on our last night something went wrong with the air conditioner and it started leaking water. Overall pleasant, but a very unconventional stay"

"Ich habe früher in 4-Sternehotels gearbeitet und für diesen Preis war das Gebotene hervorragend. Allerdings sind es zum nächsten ÖNPV ca. 800 m und für jemand Gehbehinderten, ohne eigenes Auto, nicht zu schaffen. allerdings gleicht sich das durch den absolut günstigen Preis für Frankfurter Verhältnisse wieder aus. Ich bin gehbehindert. "

"We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel.
During our stay, several items and cash went missing from our suitcases that were kept in our room. We are certain the belongings were present when we arrived and while we were staying at the hotel. The suitcases remained in our room for the duration of our stay.
When we reported the matter, management relied on a room key access report, and "asking" staff to conclude that no wrongdoing had occurred. While we appreciate that such...
