This beautifully decorated coastal style home located only minutes to downtown Bethany Beach, great restaurants and shopping is perfect for your next vacation.
This 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home boasts an open floor plan with two living areas. The first floor offers a well-equipped kitchen with an oversized island and granite countertops, a living area with a flat-screen television, a half bath, and a laundry room. There is a owner's bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities on this level as well. A patio with a fire pit and seating is located off the living area, perfect for relaxing during the evenings or for early morning coffee.

The second floor offers guests an additional living space with a large sectional sofa and flat-screen television. There are 4 additional bedrooms on this level. Two bedrooms offer queen size beds with private baths. The third bedroom has a set of twin-size bunk beds and a full-size bed and the fourth offers a queen-size bed and access to a private balcony with views of the pond. A full shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination is located on the second floor.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towel set per guest.

Renters may also choose to enjoy the many amenities offered by Ocean View Beach Club. There is a large community pool, billiards, sauna, and clubhouse.

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)

Perfect for our family vacation

This house is much bigger than it looks from the outside. Large kitchen, we fit 10 around the kitchen table comfortably. Two living room areas with TV's, one upstairs, we used for the kids and one downstairs for the adults. Nice bedrooms, three of them with their own bathroom! Beds are very comfortable. The community pool is a short bike ride or walk away. We spent a lot of the time at the pool this year. The beach is just a short drive away. The address is Ocean View but you are still close to all the things Bethany! Enjoy!

Wonderful house

We all enjoyed the house, especially having separate bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area were roomy and the firepit was fun. The only negative was the grill which should be replaced. We will probably stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

We loved the neighborhood, we loved the house, we loved the pool! The neighborhood was peaceful and lawns well kept. The furniture was very nice, comfortable and clean. The downside was that temperatures our week hit in the mid to upper 90s; while downstairs was always cool, the upstairs was a bit too warm for comfortable sleeping without using fans (luckily we brought two just in case the AC died, as that happened to us once in another rental. ) We would definitely stay again.

We loved the house and Bethany Beach!

We loved the house. Everything was as stated in the description. We especially loved all the bedrooms and the upstairs sitting area, the kitchen table, island and the location of the house. We would definitely, if given the opportunity, stay here again. I might let the owner know that it would be nice to include an iron /ironing board if possible.
