"Grand Hotel will be my forever 2nd home everytime I will come to Canada to see my son. Filipino staffs specifically Alexa and those in the buffet were so helpful and accommodating. Kudos to all staffs as well! The place is so clean and superb high end. I loved the breakfast buffet. Thank you and until next time!"

"This property is run down on the outside. I did not feel safe when I pulled into the parking lot. I spoke to Expedia who tried to call the hotel but no one answered. As I had prepaid I did go in and asked to see a room the clerk was pleasant and showed me the room . It was ok for clean but old and very basic. That was fine but I just could not shake my dread to stay there. Clientel looked mixed saw a family but also had the feeling that it could be "long term stays". May be...

"The room was nice and clean. Everything looks new and stylish. The bed were clean and comfortable. The washroom were large and clean. Although, it can feel a bit chilly and the ceiling rain shower is a miss. It feels like a water jet from the ceiling. Just use the regular shower head instead. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for downtown."
