"There was some type of convention going on during our stay and the foyer was set up as a meet and greet making in nearly impossible to get to or from the elevators. The shuttle buses made it impossible to drive through the front lot. When checking out we couldn’t get a printout of our receipt because apparently the printer was unavailable. "Stayed for 2 nights. The kids loved it. The view was nice watching the planes take off. The only downside was asking for clean towels. We went swimming the first night and had to use the same towel that was given to us for bathing. Called when we got back upstairs and was told they had none available. They were currently washing them. I was informed i can get them later that night or the next day. Next day , had to bathe and use the same wet towels from the night before. Went to the zoo, came...
