"Nice hotel and staff. 4 Euros per day to use gym. Should be included in hotel cost / complimentary. Perhaps separate group, however same building. Sauna, steam room, pool and shower we very nice as were the locals who I met with gym memberships."

"I expect that no one from Expedia had visited this 'hotel' basically a pub with four rooms. They were tired, decoration poor, carpets grubby, toilet was noisy (Macerator) no breakfast options at all and very expensive, £95 per room!"

"On arrival, there was nobody on the reception desk, and after waiting for a short while we had to go and find a staff member to check us in. The rooms whilst dated were clean and comfortable. Having booked a dinner bed and breakfast rate, we were disappointed to find that the dinner options were very limited, due to the hotel being refurbished according to a staff member. Breakfast buffet the following morning was fine, there was a good choice of hot and cold food. The coffee machine was out of...

"We had a lovely stay. Andrew was a great host and showed us everything we needed. The bar was humming and our dinner was fabulous. We had a great nights sleep. The renovated bathroom was excellent and had a nice big shower. Room 2 was lovely overall. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.. Overall we had a lovely overnight stay at the Cricketers Inn and would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area. "
