"Check in was very easy, greated by David who gave us a map and some suggestions of places to visit and eat. We didn't eat at the recommended places but found some fantastic eateries such as Ristorante La Feluca and Ristorante Da Raffaele. Seafood and Steaks to die for, and never had better Tiramasu. The hotel is situated 1 minute walk from the Boat stop of San Samuele on the Number 2 Route and is only 5 minutes walk from Sant Angelo which is on the Orange route to and from the airport. "This place was wonderful and I wish it was longer. The apartments were modern in design, and immaculately clean. Lovely view of the canal outside our window. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lots of cute additions were left in the apartment to make us feel special. Great locality, very neat to the train and bus stations. Wonderful stay and we hope to return!"

"The staff are amazing and kindly held our baggage so we could explore Venice. When our room was ready they even delivered our bags to the room. We had an early morning departure and the staff were nice enough to have some breakfast options ready for us before our departure time. "

"Habia las opciones necesarias para un buen desayuno. Uno podia escoger las opciones, no tan variadas pero suficientes. Ademas el dia que salimos, como lo hicimos antes de la hora de apertura del desayunador, muy amablemente nos dejaron en la habitacion, debidamente servido, un desayuno delicioso."

"Excellent location. Our room was ok, the water pump in the utility room below us went off every 5 mins (sounded like a city bus trying to hear up, then stop again). Didn’t make for a good sleep for the 4 nights we were there but the room was clean and the staff was excellent. I would not recommend staying in room 22. "

"Enjoyed having breakfast in a covered area in the garden - penty of choice and high quality. I also enjoyed chatting to the lady in charge in French, as my Italian is virtually non-existent and it turned out we were both ex-teachers of French. She was very helpful with potential access problems and we never found ourselves locked out!"
