Despite hurricane Ian our house is ready to rent. The beach is coming back to life. The beach has been revitalized, over 25 restaurants and bars are open and jet skiing, parasailing, and fishing are back. The Publix grocery store is open. Please come and support our beach as we recover from Hurricane Ian.


Welcome to your dream house on the beach. Casa Mia is a newer house directly on the beach with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the most spectacular sunsets in the world. Our house is perfect for couples or families. Casa Mia is approximately 3000 sq ft. with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The house comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. The exterior is tastefully designed with a Key West style. Walk right out to the beach from your private patio. Enjoy the picturesque sunsets, the calm beach waters and sounds of the waves and ocean. Watch dolphins play, collect seashells in abundance, revive the mind, body and soul. Unfortunately our hot tub washed away with the hurricane and we are hesitant to replace it at this time.

The interior is beautifully decorated in Tommy Bahama style furnishings and include granite, tray ceilings and numerous ceiling fans for accent flair. Casa Mia boasts an absolutely stunning master suite with built-in Jacuzzi with candle light accents and walk-in closet. Living and Family areas have flat screen TV's, WIFI, cable and multi-level balconies. The private elevator offers convenience and ease for groceries, luggage and pure vacation mode. This property is the ULTIMATE LUXURIOUS beach home! Our house is located mid island and is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Fort Myers Beach offers miles of pristine sandy beaches, wonderful shelling, and a wide variety of water sports including jet-skiing, parasailing, swimming, fishing, and boating. (Jet-ski and boat rentals are available.) And there is a community swimming pool with water slides. All of these activities are within walking distance of our house. And there is world-class golfing nearby.

The upper floor has a large master suite with a king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You will have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island, and spectacular sunsets. The bathroom is large with a walk in double jet shower. There is a large jacuzzi tub in the Master Suite.There is a 55' HD LED television in the room. The large private balcony provides gorgeous views of our world renowned beaches and sunsets. There is an oversize reclining chase on the balcony for your relaxation. There are his and her sinks and a large walk in closet. You can open the windows and doors to enjoy the gentles breezes and sounds of the ocean waves. Perfect for relaxation.

The second bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed, private full bathroom, walk in closet and a HD TV and DVD player.

The third bedroom located on the main floor has a queen-size bed, 45' HD TV and with a private bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a full size sleeper sofa on the landing.

The kitchen is gourmet in every design with breakfast bar and state of the art stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, glass cooktop, oven, coffee maker and more. All necessary cookware, drinkware and dinnerware is available. The spice bar is loaded and all the gadgets you'll need are here whenever you are cooking in. We also have a weber gas grill for outdoor cooking. If you prefer to dine out, there are many restaurants nearby.

The family room has very comfortable furniture, a 65 inch HD TV and cable TV. The sofa contains a queen size sleeper sofa.

There is a large balcony with dining table and chairs off the dining area. This area is perfect in the morning to enjoy breakfast and watch the dolphins swim off shore, sometimes swimming within 10 feet of the shore. This is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet dinner with a glass of wine while enjoying our spectacular sunsets.

There is a beautiful large patio on the ground level with a large dining table and many chairs and sofas. There are beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the patio and your own private walkway to the beach.

Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and heating, a full-size washer and dryer, along with bed and bath linens. Beach chairs and beach towels are available for you to use. There are wagons and coolers on wheels provided to get your things to the beach. The beach is a short 10 second walk from our house. There are restaurants and beach activities such as parasailing and banana boat rides within a short distance . The downtown Times Square entertainment district is 2 miles away by trolly ride or drive from our house. There you will find many excellent outdoor restaurants and bars, both gulf side and on the back bay. There is an information book in the house which provides information on what to do, where to go and best restaurants. The free beach trolley stops in front of our house.

We do not provide bikes, there are numerous bike rentals on the beach.

A new Publix Supermarket is a block away and a drugstore, movie theater, and shopping are minutes away by car or island trolley. Behind the Publix is the Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro restaurants along with the back bay marina where there are boat rentals. Please review our collection of local restaurant menus and brochures describing Fort Myers Beach and nearby tourist activities.

Driving times to major cities include: Fort Myers, Sanibel Island and Bonita Springs (15 minutes); Naples (30 minutes); Miami and Tampa (two hours); and Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Cape Canaveral (approximately three hours).

Amazing Beach Front House

This was a great house in a great location. We had 6 people including two small kids (5 and 3) and it was the perfect size. The balcony/deck off of the dining room overlooking the ocean was one of the most used "rooms" of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed for anything we wanted to cook. There were PLENTY of bathrooms. The laundry was a game changer for kids FULL of sand every day. The beach within walking distance was great, and there were plenty of things at the property to make it enjoyable for us. Plenty of beach chairs, a wagon for us to bring all the kids stuff down, and an umbrella. This is a great property and we will definitely plan on coming back next year!

When we had a Question for the owner, He promptly got back to us.

Location is exactly as described. Very nice house and a great location. The beach is literally a one-minute walk from the back door of the house. Grocery store one block away. Thank you for the experience for my family.

Thanksgiving Vacations

This is a great house for family/friends. It is in very good shape and the elevator came in handy with groceries and supplies. Although it says 5 bedrooms, there are only three plus a somewhat private pull out couch. There is also a pull out couch in the living room, so there is plenty of beds but was planning on 5 bedrooms, not the advertised 3. It is one house away from the beach but there’s such easy access and not busy. All the appliances are top notch. The master bedroom/bathroom is huge and has a nice porch for sunset views. Everything you need for the beach is included. Would definitely rent again.

Family vacation

The house was gorgeous & right on the beach. My elderly mother loved sitting on the deck off the master bdrm to gaze at the sunrise. Everything we needed was in the house & we couldn’t have asked for a better location. I highly recommend this property & would stay there again in the future.

Estero Beach

The property was more than expected. Everything you need was there. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. They even had power strips and ext cords if you needed. I'm planning on coming back next year. I would rate this property a 6 out of 1-5. David answered my questions and returned my calls promptly. If you forgot something it was most likely in the cabinets. Thank you David!!!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay! The home was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. Could not beat the beautiful beach view and convenience of being right on the beach. Communication with the property manager was top notch. Looking forward to returning back to this slice of beach paradise!

Spring break 2024

3 weeks on the beautiful beach of FMB in this beautiful house was fabulous!!! This house has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, and any kind of beach items you could possibly need. The homeowner was great to work with and very accommodating. We will be back …. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Love the location, disappointed by inaccurate description

It's a beautiful home and very close to the beach (steps away). That said one of the main reasons I booked was because the description shows a hot tub (which was key for me due to issues with my back) upon arrival I discovered there hadn't been a hot tub for years and the owner stated he "thought" he had removed the hot tub from the description. They also state they have an xbox so I had my son leave his game system at home, the owner told me "we haven't had that for years". Finally the owner asked to have a handyman come into the home in the afternoon (using the hide a key) to do some work in the kitchen and find the paint. I agreed to let him in and changed my days plans to ensure I would be home in the afternoon since I wasn't comfortable with a stranger accessing the home. I also asked the handyman to contact me prior to arrival via text or phone. Much to my surprise the handyman arrive mid morning without reaching out to me. With my wife and children asleep after a late night, they could have woken up to a stranger in the house.

Good location on the beach!

Property was in a great location and access to the beach was awesome. The elevator is a nice touch so we didn't have to lug all our luggage up the stairs. There are a lot of stairs! Bedroom off the kitchen did not have a good mattress so our friends moved to the other bedroom upstairs the 2nd night. Love the master suite with its own balcony. The place is a little dark - lots of light switches to find. But overall we enjoyed our stay at the house and coming back to FMB to see the progress!

GREAT LOCATION

Amazing location, right on the beach! Far away from the crowded beaches but close enough to drive into town for dinner. An easy walk to the grocery store. Ft. Meyers is still recovering but this house is ready to go. Will rent again!

AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL STAY!

We had a wonderful stay here. Pictures and descriptions are exactly what is there. This house exceeded our expectations, especially after seeing all the devastation in the area. The undersea mural in the elevator was amazing! The beds were very comfortable and the sunsets were magical. David was a very responsive host. We had the beach to ourselves the whole time. Lots of shells, beautiful conch shells, sand dollars, dolphins jumping out of the water, beautiful birds, and more! We can't wait to go back!

Summer Staycation

Location (on the beach) is excellent. Owner was available for any immediate questions. I didn’t consider the destruction that still exists in the area due to Hurricane Ian - not the owner’s fault at all, but as a single mom with teenage girls, walking by the next door house to get to the beach with numerous construction workers watching us was quite uncomfortable. Hardly another soul anywhere on the beach - this could be good or bad. Size and layout of the house was perfect. Wish elevator was working but knew that prior to arrival. Not your normal 3 story house - very tall ceilings- so the constant stairs with luggage and groceries was no fun. Furniture could use updating but decent, ample towels and bedding were provided. Would consider staying in the future when the community is up and running once again.

Paradise

We went as a family with friends and it was perfect as it was quiet, we practically had the beach for ourselves being post Ian hurricane and the restaurant around were great (I highly recommend the Coconut Bayfront Grill just a couple of miles away) The house was perfectly equipped and very comfortable and nothing beats being able to just walk a few steps to the amazing white sand beach. If you want to spend a good quiet time and long days ending with a beautiful sunset on the water, this house is your dream!!!! The owner was very nice and professional. Also, Publix is literally around the corner👍

Amazing

Even though the Fort Meyers Beach area has a long way to go in completing its recovery from Ian, this house is amazing. David made sure our stay was everything we expected it to be. FMB needs the tourists to come back in order to complete the recovery. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions open to satisfy your beach craving. Take advantage of the short wait times, you won’t be disappointed.

Awesome home just steps from the beach!

We loved the home it would have been perfect if the elevator had been installed already. Its supposed to be installed soon. The property owner David is very responsive to any issue we had.
