"A great unit for a great price. Interesting business model -- not your typical hotel and not for the technically challenged. It is located on the 6th floor of a large condo building. All contact is through your phone, so it is not easy to locate, get in, etc. You need a code for the garage (parking at $50/day is not included) which must be set up before arrival. "Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental."

"The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!"

"The room was very clean and the host was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The parking is misleading. You can only park on the street and it’s a one-way short block. You might have to park up around the corner. The host was able to get us a pass to park in that area. We were a little worried about the neighborhood because it seemed a little sketchy at night, but it turned out to be OK. The parking was the biggest downfall. We had to leave a day and a half early due to family emergency. "
