"The room smelled as if a two pack a day smoker was living there. The bed linens were all stained with cigarette burn holes. "

"The hair dryer was not affixed to the wall but hanging on a metal wall plate that didn’t fit the dryer. You couldn’t use the dryer without it all falling. The bathroom smelled of cigarettes, there were bugs and at least two of the light fixtures didn’t work. Not what I’m used to at a Wyndham but the front desk was very friendly and the place was quiet."

"I was extremely pleased with the assistance from the front desk staff upon check-in. On a different note I reported an electrical problem with a floor lamp to the Cleaning staff while she was cleaning our room to prepare for the second day of our stay. This issue was not important to me, but I didn’t notice that it was not repaired during the second day of our stay. Overall, I was very pleased with our accommodations."

"Don’t sign the waiver before checking out the room!!!! Potentially the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Hair and blood on the bed/floor. When I talked to the staff, they refused to give a refund because I signed something saying I couldn’t get a refund regardless of circumstances. We ended up taking the $70 hit and stayed somewhere else that night."

"The entire stay ans encounter was terrible. The sheets were brown i was chewed up the entire night. And was charged a 25 deposit after being told that it was 20. "

"The breakfast was good, the AC did not work I brought this to the attention of the worker and she informed me that they were fully booked and couldn’t change me rooms. It was 1am and we could not leave and take our children to a different hotel at that time. I let the man know when checking out and he told me that he would let the GM (Patrick) know and they would reach out to me. It is now Wednesday and have had no calls from anyone. "
