"The room was not in the best condition. The vanity in the bathroom was damaged and there was hair on the floor when we arrived. The beds were also not very comfortable."

"The breakfast was good, the AC did not work I brought this to the attention of the worker and she informed me that they were fully booked and couldn’t change me rooms. It was 1am and we could not leave and take our children to a different hotel at that time. I let the man know when checking out and he told me that he would let the GM (Patrick) know and they would reach out to me. It is now Wednesday and have had no calls from anyone. "

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Spark By Hilton. The hotel is on the smaller side, but very well maintained. The hotel is clean and so are the rooms. The room had a nice fragrant smell on entry, and didn’t smell stale at all. The restrooms was clean, had sliding shower doors, and were stocked with multiple towels. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, coffee, etc and was perfect if you are on the go! Overall, my stay was great."

"I picked this room because of the jacuzzi, but it was a comfortable room otherwise with a nice king bed. There were no instructions on how to turn the jets on the tub, but I figured it out after a couple of minutes and it felt really good after exerting myself earlier in the day."

"We had silver status but we’re not offered the bag with water & snacks. Had to ask for it. We also were concerned about the safety of the parking lot since we had luggage in our car. When we mentioned it, they didn’t share that they had someone monitoring the parking lot. Room wasn’t very clean. Bugs in the bathroom and some dried food under the bed. "
