"This was our first stay at a Drury Inn. We will look for future opportunities because every part of the stay was top notch. Families can save money with the food opportunities for both lunch and dinner. The hot tub and pool provide entertainment and relaxation. We loved the staff and our stay in the very clean room."

"The chairs in the dining area looked worn and ragged. A new pot of coffee took 30 minutes to get refilled. Most of the staff were very nice. We felt everything was clean. The pool room was hot, and the water was cold, not heated. There wasn’t any body wash, only small bars. The room was nice. I guess I expected a bit more from Comfort Inn. I’m not sure I’d stay at that hotel again. Maybe?"

"Pool was broken the first night. Our room had ants. The staff were nice. The hotel and rooms are older that they upgraded a few things to make it appear newer and nicer than it actually is. You can hear people above you walking around. "

Expedia and others need to list that the late night check in procedures are different than regular hours, and that customers SHOULD CALL AHEAD if they plan to check in late."

"We stayed at this hotel because it promised a hotel shuttle, but we didn’t realize that had to be booked 24 hours in advance so…in effect there is no hotel shuttle. It is an old hotel and not maintained to courtyard standards. Although our room was clean, there was a sour smell in it that made it hard to sleep."

"The hotel was OK but I don't know why it was rated so high online. Of the 7 hotels we have stayed at in the last couple of months, this one was the dirtiest so far. The bathtub didn't drain all that well either. My wife says it was fine & she would rather stay at a place like this rather than spending twice the price for someplace better. All things considered, the money we spent on all the stuff we bought at Jungle Jim's would have bought us a better room. Life is full of trade-offs."

"There was NO front counter staff.You had to check in using a Kiosk. I tried to check in at 2:45pm and the lady in the Kiosk told me that she couldn't check me in until after 3:00pm. Yes I know the check in is at 3:00pm but what is 15 mins. If there was a front desk person I am sure I would have been help better.Also the next morning I tried to use the Iron in my room but it was broken. So I went down to the front desk to ask for another Iron but the person in the Kiosk told me that it would be...
