"Slow check in, confused instructions as to breakfast and bar offers. Didn't seem to want to spare the time to take care of customers. Room was clean but communal areas and elevators were dirty. Not up to a reasonable standard."

"The location of this property was great—close to a lot of things, easy access to the highway, etc. The room was mostly clean, although I did touch up a bit with my own Clorox wipes a few spots that looked questionable. The stairwell and hallway had kind of a funky smell, but the room itself was fine. My biggest concern was the security of the building. People kept propping the exterior door closest to my room. In fact, in the two days of my stay, not once did I have to use my key card to gain...

"The bathroom was very small, the tub very shallow and there were no bars to hold on so safety was a real issue. Also, according to the QR code in our room that we checked, it said that breakfast started at 6:30 and we went down and it didn’t start till seven. This should be corrected."
