"We stayed at this hotel because it promised a hotel shuttle, but we didn’t realize that had to be booked 24 hours in advance so…in effect there is no hotel shuttle. It is an old hotel and not maintained to courtyard standards. Although our room was clean, there was a sour smell in it that made it hard to sleep."

"Our room was very rundown and dirty. The toilet seat was only connected with one bolt, there were fingernail clippings on the bathroom counter, the tv remote was duct taped together, and the hardware was falling off the entry door. There was so much furniture in the room it was impossible to walk around to the other side of the bed.
