"I must say Im not normally a Mariott client, but this oe broke the mold. Not so much from design a bit too typical but the GM has done an outstanding job with hiring, training, attitudes in hospitality and much much more than I would've expected. The F&B guy I happen to meet Pedro is yet another example of passion for his products and comes across that well. As does his staff, they appear to be happy campers... I do think the menu is a bit ambitious and possibly slightly out of reach for...

"We checked in and there was a deposit that you had to put down for their snack area. Didn’t know anything about it. I paid it right a way, but when I checked out, I have to wait 3-5 days to get it back. The pool was dirty, it needed to be skimmed out and brushed."

"they took every amenities and even our snacks and water while we left the room, I don't think they were trying to clean the room because they said there is no room cleaning for the two days stay But anyway our private belongings are gone After we came back. Also one of the staff who has tattoo, she was extremely unkind, we ask her for a new towels but she didn't care about our notes at all, there was no any towel after we came back to hotel I wish I could give zero star for this hotel"

"A little old and rundown but friendly staff and breakfast "

"The AC had a good range of cool/warm and strength of breeze. The period I stayed there was unusually cool for May, so I turned up the room temp and had a great sleep. The pillows came with 3 different softness and bulks, which was nice. The shower was hot enough and the stream was strong enough although I've had it better elsewhere. The only disappointment for me was the really basic breakfast: pre-packaged cupcakes, oranges, and tea/coffee."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Property looks nothing like pictures. Dirty, floor was soaking wet. They do not honor online prices and added room fees for being under $50. Charge $5 for using a card to pay. Wouldn't even give us an extra pillow. Terrible. Terrible "

"The place is clean and safe and that's great. The staff is nice, but the finishes and carpets in the rooms and some of the hallways show some where and tear and aging. The only thing that really ruined this visit was the pool was out of service. Apparently they were retiling it so it was empty. I specifically picked this hotel because of the pool, so that was upsetting."
