"I strongly recommend this location. I think by San Antonio standards it is centrally located, and there are quite a few restaurants nearby. Best of all, parking is included as well as breakfast and a daily happy hour with food. In downtown San Antonio there is very little to do other than walking on the Riverwalk (highly overrated), the Alamo, and an art museum. It is NOT the typical American city downtown area. There are almost no stores and nothing else to do besides what I just mentioned...

"Bad experience — would not return. I checked in on Thursday and was told that housekeeping would be done every other day. My check-out was on Monday, and our room was never cleaned the entire stay. Out of those 4 days, they only changed our towels once. It’s very frustrating when they tell you one thing and do not follow through. Honestly, housekeeping should be done daily, especially considering this is not a cheap hotel and it’s part of the Marriott chain. I had never stayed at a hotel before...

"Todo está muy bien los empleados muy atentos y amables, el único problema es que los cuarto que dan a la piscina son ruidosos por gente que está ahí y no respetan los horario con risotadas hasta las 2 am, no hay personal que supervise eso, nuestra culpa no haber reportado tal situación. El A/C del cuarto 207 muy ruidoso, el personal nos reubicó amablemente a otro cuarto la noche siguiente, si recomiendo este hito el, buen precio y ubicación!"

"No limpian las habitaciones solo trapean los baños y te ponen toallas limpias pero no limpian los cuartos y no tienden las camas, pésimo servicio"

"El hotel le falta limpieza , en el baño , el filtro del techo y el zoclo sucio, así como la habitación fuerte olor a tabaco , siendo que se promocionan como de no fumadores . Y la limpieza ya no es a diario , tienes que solicitarlo."
