"Host was SUPER responsive. She replied very quickly to every question. Her notes and signage inside were very helpful - and answered many questions. "It's a very inexpensive VRBO for the size. You're upstairs in an old home, so there are people below you. It's a very odd layout, as the bathroom is way in the back. The floors are not level (old home), and the kitchen is appropriately but sparsely furnished. Most importantly, everything is very clean!! The floors, carpet, furnishings, etc are new-ish. "This is second time staying here. The house is always perfectly clean and well decorated. We stayed over Christmas and they had a small Christmas tree set up for us. She has really great details all over the house that makes this place so enjoyable to stay at. Highly recommend. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the West Barn! The attention to detail in the decor was outstanding. Visiting with the animals on the farm, collecting and eating fresh eggs, sipping hot coffee while watching the sunrise, and stargazing in the evening made the experience a memorable one. To top it all off, it was a short and easy drive to the variety of trailheads and lookouts in Letchworth State Park."
