"My kids got an entire upper floor for themselves and I got a large room with a big bed and beautiful bathroom to myself. It was perfect! Better than any cramped hotel. The only issue was the person in the front unit kept inviting people over every night and being super loud. There is only a door between the units and I feel some better sound proofing could be done because we heard everything. Not to mention they had an obnoxiously drunk guest trying to get into our door one of the nights and it...

"I had a fantastic stay at Westerly! Communication surrounding the check in was flawless and it was nice to have a convenient parking option on-site. The rooms were very comfortable and are just as advertised in the photos. Would very much recommend to any family/friends travelling to the Dallas area. "

"We had a great stay for SMU graduation ceremonies. The property was only 7-8 miles from campus (20 min drive). All of the amenities were as described. We loved the pool, the hot tub and the games inside. There were plenty of sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms. The host has a nice coffee bar set up with lots of Keurig choices. The kitchen is well stocked as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, hence the warnings about the quiet hours. It was not an issue for our group. We would definitely stay...

"Our organization FoodTokTV met there for a cooking competition. The stay was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive. We had 1 issue with a toilet and he came over within 20 minutes and repaired the issue. That was awesome. "

"Couldn’t complete stay. The apartment reeked of marijuana and was gross. Not taken care of and not as depicted on your website. Lack of communication from owner of property. Refused to take my calls after I made them aware of the situation and that we were leaving property. Very disappointed in hotels.com for the way they handled the situation and I bough the travelers insurance and no one will refund me my money. "

"The house itself is beautiful, exactly as described, if not better. Communication with the owner was easy and fast, she was quick to respond.The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that the neighborhood appears to be undergoing some serious renovations and driving through the street was very difficult, there was a ton of construction going on all day long with the driveway being blocked frequently, and the area itself wasn't very nice. "

"Host had good communication. Unit was clean, bed was comfy, shower was good, secure parking was easy and affordable, $10/nt. Place was within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Everything within the listing was accurate. Would stay here again. "

"We had such a great weekend in Dallas! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured…honestly even better in person. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the view was beautiful. Our host was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. It really made our long-distance weekend feel extra special. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had, and we’ll absolutely be back!"
