Cozy House

Come relax in this cozy, clean, fully-remodeled home located in the Fair Park area near downtown Dallas about a mile away from Dos Equis Pavilion. Four bedrooms with queen-size beds, Internet, Wi-Fi, kitchen ready for cooking and serving. Parking available inside fenced yard. Yard is fully fenced for those with pets along.

As a courtesy to neighbors, please park your vehicles inside the fence behind the wooden gate if possible. Limit parking to the driveway only; no on-street parking. No parties or events are allowed and no outside guests are allowed beyond your reservation headcount. No outside music or noise. Do not disturb the neighbors, and please be respectful to the neighborhood. Please act responsibly and adhere to these rules. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay. Enough bedrooms and washrooms for our family. Clean and well maintained on the inside. Close to places we visited while in Dallas. Would recommend.

The host was really wonderful! Very responsive and kind. Beds and linens were clean. Multiple towels and wash cloths which was nice as well. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was pretty well stocked if we needed to. Location is in an up and coming neighborhood. So not super fancy but we had no issues with noises or disturbances of any kind. Only ‘complaint’ is that the floors were dirty, it didn’t look like they had been swept or mopped at all before we came. Aside from that though our stay was good!

Check-in was super simple. Kitchen seemed fully stocked with items for cooking (although we did not use any of it). We came to Dallas for a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion. This home was conveniently located to the venue. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but it did seem like several of the houses were being fixed up to beautify the neighborhood. We had no safety issues at all. We basically needed a place to shower and sleep, and this was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, if necessary. There was plenty of space for my mom, my three kids, and me.

Girls Trip

Me and the girls came to Dallas for a one night trip for a concert. Loved that this place was so close to Dos Equis Pavillion and Deep Ellum. House was clean, smelled nice and held true to the pictures. Hot water came quick and didn’t run out for the four of us(if that’s a big deal for you haha). Host was very friendly and quick to respond. Thank you for this stay!

Super cozy stay

I brought my two teenagers with me to a music festival and the stay at The Cozy House was perfect. Not only was it close to the venue, but it was super spacious, quiet and close to everything we needed. My teens and I enjoyed the stay very much. When back in the area, we plan to stay again because the close was very well worth the value we received.

Great rental!!

Great house! Mark was super quick to respond to any questions we had. Only had 1 problem with a TV remote and he sent someone to bring us a new one ASAP! My favorite part was the clean up process! They took care of all of it! Great cooking utensils and pans too!

Very pleased with our stay, from inquiring until checkout Mark was very responsive and kind. As mention before the area is sketchy but it was very quiet and I didn’t feel concerned or scared. Home was clean and EXTREMELY SPACIOUS. Never found a rental so big for near that price. I will add that there is no carpet or rugs anywhere in the home so bring socks or slippers. We had to put towels by the bed to dust our feet because crumbs were getting in bed from our feet. The floors were clean when we arrived but gets a little dirty as guest track in and out the home. Plenty of closet, and kitchen space. We parked EXTREMELY CLOSE and were able to actually fit all 3 cars behind the gate. Large washer and dryer was very nice and the outside gate on the front porch and the back door made us feel secure and safe inside. Will definitely book again if needs that much space next time we’re in town.

The neighborhood was our biggest complaint. We were woken up to gunshots right behind our house one night and dogs barking all night another. We didn't feel safe to go out and take a walk.The house inside was neat and pretty clean. The washer and dryer were big and worked well
