"The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. "My mother in law and a family friend were visiting from Florida and Michigan, so we decided to bring them to the beach for the weekend. We had a lovely time in this cute little beach house that is just a half block from the beach. The home met all our needs and we loved that it was pet friendly. Would definitely stay again!"

"On the waterfront, this home was a perfect fit for our family reunion! Plenty of space and activities for the kids. Tastefully decorated, and kitchen is well stocked. Would rent this home again in the future. "

"It is a very special place to stay. Very quite and safe. Also, Brian was great about solving any problems that came up during our stay. You do need a car while staying there, though."

"So close to town and the variety of food places great. Kids loved Finland, bumper cars and golf. Plenty of ice cream places. Neighborhood quiet and the beds comfortable. Could sit on the deck and enjoy the wildlife around us."

"Fantastic location!!! Takes you 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Close driving distance to great towns like Seaside and Astoria! We recommend checking out the Indian costal trail abiut 20 minutes out, spectacular views, about 4 miles there and back. You should also check out the Cathedral trail and Column in Astoria where you can throw a wooden plane off a tower! We also recommend going to the Sandtrap bar thats another 2 minute walk from the property and Grandmas Corner for a good hearty...

"Our first trip to this area. Loved being able to explore both Cannon Beach and Seaside with easy drives to both. The condo is exactly as pictured. Got to see the Ocean and views were spectacular Glad we rented this VRBOJill"

"Michael’s place was great for our weekend visit to the area. The home was comfortable, clean and well stocked, and worked great for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the peaceful setting next to the water. Michael had great communication. We would stay here again! "

"This house is picture perfect and the best place for a week long family reunion. Spacious and charming. We felt at home immediately and the kitchen easily accommodated the 10 of us. The unobstructed view from the armchair in the living room is stunning; a sea of grass, the ocean, and the sky. Also the views from the upstairs bedrooms are equally amazing. Communication with the host was welcoming and thorough. Honestly I can't imagine any place better. "

"The house is in a wonderful location to walk to anywhere in town, and has great river views. I was very impressed with how clean and organized it he space was. Lots of thoughtful details in the living room of furniture pieces with multiple uses. Communication with the hosts was also prompt. Love having a little green space around the property as well. "
