STEPS to the Beach!


  • If you are looking for nostalgic, this home is it. Built in the early 1900's, it has sleeping for up to 12 people. You have ocean views from three bedrooms, plus the following updates; remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. New Queen mattresses and pillows for a great night sleep! The house is located on the North side if Seaside at 235 12th Ave.

    This home offers wireless internet access, two large living rooms and great off street parking for up to four cars. There is also a nice back yard and deck to enjoy with a gas grill! Located one half block from the beach so walks along the Promenade are a must! Just keep in mind that this home is three stories tall so there are a lot of stairs to consider.

    One living room is complete with a gas fireplace and great ocean views. The second living room has a TV and 2 couches. There are six bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The seventh bedroom has one queen and two twin beds. The bedroom on the third floor has its own private bath. There is also a private reading area on the third floor. Great for families.

    Sorry, no pets allowed. Please leave your pets at home. If you bring a pet you’ll be charged the damage deposit plus any other expenses. The house is located in a residential area. Good Neighbor rules apply which include limited noise and NO noise after 9:00 pm. If a noise complaint occurs and the issue is not corrected, you will be asked to leave. Renters are responsible for their personal property.

Enjoyed being 4 houses away from the promenade and beach. Easy walk to enjoy the downtown shops and the sunsets on the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 12. Off street parking is convenient. Would definitely recommend.

What a great house to stay in. Literally just a few houses from the beach entrance. It's not right downtown which is great because the beach isn't as busy. Had a view of the ocean from our bedroom window. The seating on the front porch was a great added bonus.The number of bedrooms and sitting spaces was great, space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.I would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for an ideal spot.

We love this house! This was the second time we stayed here with our kids and grandkids. There is plenty of room for everyone and it’s so close to the beach! Walking distance to shopping in Seaside also. The house is very clean and is stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. The only thing I missed was a bedside lamp in the bedroom, but that is a small issue. The checkout time is 10:00 am and we wished we had a little more time the last day, but overall a wonderful stay!

This place was everything and more! It was very clean. All of the rooms gave a good welcome feeling. The Kitchen set up was ideal to prepare, cook and serve meals. The Main family room with the fireplace was wonderful. Nothing better than a good fire to watch and sit near to visit. The Beach was literally steps away! I know myself and my family would be interested in staying again one day. Kudos to the Host and Cleaning Staff!

The house was great for a large group. Lot's of small nooks and seating areas if you wanted to just curl up quietly and read. I appreciated that there were a LOT of plates so we didn't have to constantly be doing dishes :).

60th bday surprise

Had a great time for my husbands surprise bday celebration!! Plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and lots of space for visiting, playing cards, enjoyed the deck and short walk to town and the beach! We would def stay here again.

Thanksgiving reunion

Had a Fantastic stay, beds were super comfy nicely laid out kitchen super easy to walk to the beach and down to the 12th street bridge, our only complaint is the narrow driveway with using a longer truck
