"The check in process was easy but the front desk staff were not very friendly. Our room was nice but I wish we had better bathroom linens. We had issues with the lack of service at the rooftop bar. On average, it took 15 minutes just to get a beverage. They were clearly understaffed."

"El hotel era muy bueno, como a 1 km del centro de salzburg nosotros íbamos y veníamos caminando disfrutando del camino. El cuarto tenia lo necesario y muy limpio.
