"Would definitely recommend this place for anybody visiting Cape Cod? This house was very clean and well kept. The location for us was great for all we wanted to do. Martha's vineyard and hyanna's whale watch very accessible. Would definitely return and rent this house again."

"House needs some TLC! Lots of potential! Would have been nice to have a welcome binder with instructions on the home. Was disappointing from the listing. Not all expected equipment worked in the house. Curb appeal was poor and could be greatly improved with painting front door and a good day of landscaping. Cleanliness could have been better!"
