"I would 100% recommend this apartment! My friends and I had the best experience. The host was so friendly and made himself available for us via text and in person whenever we needed. The listing aligns perfectly with the actual apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and shampoo conditioner etc were provided for us as well as extra bedding. "It was ok. Great location Waterview is a bit of a stretch. The room was clean but small-not sure that it was a queen bed as advertised-more like a double. There are no closets. Our parking spot was taken but the hotel accommodated and we could use another spot. The paint on the ceiling was peeling, the bathroom door did not shut properly and the was ac was a bit noisy. The tv did not work. It is a safe place to stay-the Falmouth heights is a wonderful place. We were close to the beach and two...

"The location of the property was wonderful and the accommodations were fine for the one night that we were there. I would suggest adding a few chairs, as there was no place other than the beds to sit. Also, when expecting four guests it would be nice to have four coffee cups, etc. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would stay there again. It was great to have a late night restaurant available upon our arrival. "

"Dede was a great host! I went with just my kids, and she had all essentials for children, so I didn’t have to bring anything extra. She and her husband are lovely people, and were very welcoming. Would stay again :) "

"This typical Cape Cod house is in a very convenient location of Falmouth. Central to the beach, downtown, and grocery stores. You can walk to pretty much everything. While the house is older it is in good shape and worked great for our family over the 4th holiday weekend. "

"The location was great and the pullouts were comfortable. The only downside is the walk through bathroom."

"My husband and I love the Cape, however this was our first time staying in Falmouth. The room was adequate for our needs. The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. Bring your sneakers because the area is great for walking! We would definately stay here again."

"My wife and I were in town for a family member’s wedding, and the entire weekend was fantastic. The town has such a perfect New England beach front feel, and the house was perfect. It was all that we wanted it to be. Everything is modern, but fit the Cape Cod aesthetic perfectly. We were there without our children, so the size was overkill, but we really loved it. Dealing with the owners was as simple as could be. No problems at all. No hidden fees, or excessive cleaning requests or anything...

"We had a wonderful time at this spacious and charming home! Everything was immaculate and the house is beautifully appointed. Check in was simple and I was able to easily contact the owner when we had a question! The access to the beach is a lovely walk down the street to a neighborhood beach (with an adorably active osprey nest!) I actually cannot say enough about how great our stay was at this beautiful home!"
