"Perfect for what we needed. The walls could use a little cleaning and/or fresh paint, but overall still clean. Couch picture was not a good representative as to what furniture was actually in the living room so a little bummed that we couldn’t all get super cozy for a movie, but we could all still at least sit on something. Host was quick to respond with questions. Optimist Hall is about 1.4 miles away so it’s definitely doable, but not a quick walk. I enjoyed the 4 min, if that, walk to get...
