Great location and comfortable stay

We were in town for a funeral and had a lot of family members come from all over and we were able to use this property as a home base which was a nice relief after a long hard 2 days.

Comfortable

This was a great place to stay for a weekend shopping trip. Property was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and was conveniently located for what we planned to do in the area. Very good communication with owner.

Perfect place for a weekend stay or possibly even longer, loved chilling in our rooms and watching TV as well as on the sofas in the living room. Master rooms remote seemed like it had dead batteries, same with the fireplace remote. However it was still a great stay and I'd love to do it again in the future.

Homey and Comfortable

We drove down from Raleigh for a weekend 3-day football tournament for our son. The housr was perfect and was exactly as seen online. Its centrally located to anything you may want to do, eat, or see. The host Josie, was very responsive and communicative. I would definitely stay again and i do recommend.

Convenient Location

This was our first time at this location, a home away from home. The home was nice, cozy and had everything we needed. The location was great, near a lot of amenities. The host was wonderful. She was very responsive to messages, checked in on us to see if we needed anything and even stopped by. We will definitely book again when in the Concord/Charlotte area.

Perfect location for a music getaway

Communication from host was top notch; all details and questions answered prior to arrival. Check in and out process was a breeze. Kitchen was well stocked, Wi-Fi was strong and allowed each business professional to work online in a clean environment. Centrally located in a safe area and a short uber drive to PNC Music Pavilion. Friendly community with so many choices that are not national chains. We will definitely be back.

This rental is basic at best. There were many things that didn’t appear very clean especially the kitchen cabinets, the fireplace screen and the bathrooms. We could really tell the cleaning company they use doesn’t have the best attention to detail. The beds were comfortable, the air worked great, and the kitchen was stocked with basics. The rental is on a main road and the road traffic can be heard from the main bedroom upstairs.

Great stay

The home is a townhouse off a busy road. We brought a noise machine with us, and that helped with the road noise. The home is well decorated and comfortable in every way. The carpet upstairs was a bit older, but otherwise the home was incredibly clean, new, and welcoming.

Steep Stairs!

The oldest in the group was 83, and another member was using a cane. Those stairs are steep. Not one of us was under 55, but it worked. My suggestion would be to put a two sets of towels in each bedroom, and perhaps add some extra blankets. Thank you for hosting us.
