"Clean room. Staff friendly "

"We were there less than 12 hours, but it was clean, comfortable, and plenty of space. The only feedback is that in a suite that could hold 4 people, there is no fan in the bathroom and all the mirrors are inside the bathroom. So it would be hard for numerous people to get ready at once. "

"The room was clean and had a good layout. The hotel states it is pet friendly and pets stay for free on the web. When I arrived, I was told there is a $50 charge unless it's a service animal. I showed the web to them and they agree to waive the charge. No one wants this dispute when they check in."

"My toilet ran all night and started leaking from the base in the middle of the night. Bathroom didn't look like it was clean in quite some time. Floors were sticky. Microwave didn't work. "

"I stayed 2 nights on a road trip with my dog. The room had everything I needed, loved that it had a kitchen included. Also the location was great with restaurants nearby, plenty of grassy areas to let my dog out. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I'd definitely stay there again. "

"No one was at front desk when I arrived. I needed up having to call. Kitchen wasn’t equipped with anything to cook with. Sheets were stained:/ Did like the pool hours however the pool was too packed to swim. "

"You have a full kitchen in a clean room. The rooms aren't fancy it is what it is but it is clean and good enough to rest your head and I have a good party and Fairfield. We went to a Valentine's party at the receptions hall close by and it was so much fun. The restaurant Caruso's across the street is incredible. It was so much fun to party within walking distance of our hotel"

"The shower needs better cleaning & updates. Hangers were broken & only had 2 of them. The iron leaked"

"The elevator is NOT working. The lobby is closed and has plastic tarps up to block it off. Construction material is sitting by the front door. The front doors don’t always open and are supposed to be motion activated. The smoke alarm in the hallway had plastic covering it and was taped off with painters tape. Carpet is ripped in the room. The breakfast area was in a hotel room with NO hot breakfast. People were having a yelling match outside of our door early in the morning. The front desk...

"Friendly and clean"

"The property was under major renovations, halls look terrible with construction debris everywhere. No WIFI, so no television, couldn't use Fire Stick. The girl at the desk work hard on the problem, after 4 hours the problem waa resolved, she also gave us $75 refunded, haven't seen it yet on my visa. Well not be staying there again. You must make sure your guess have everything they need after a long day of travel."

"Size was great! Very clean and staff was wonderful"

"Upon entering the room initially, all looked well until we used the bathroom. Someone had pooped in the toilet, flushed it, but there was still leftover poop at the bottom. I didn't say anything at first thinking that would be the only issue and just wanted to move on. Next morning went to breakfast around 7:30 am. Both the eggs and sausage were completely out (hotel was pretty crowded). When you know the hotel is full, those should never go empty - continually cook to keep things replenished....
