"The curtain was broken and laying in the floor. I was offered a new room but I fixed it myself. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The shower head was old and stopped up. At 200 dollars a night I expected more."

"Bathroom had feces on back of toilet where the hinges are. I tried to clean it off."

"Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything."

"I showed up after booking a reservation. When I arrived they told me they had no vacancy. I told them I had booked a reservation through expedia but they still told me they had no rooms available. Also, the front office smelled of Marijuana. Could have come from one of the guest, but the odor was very strong."

"Check in was ok, friendly staff. The property was in disrepair, the landscaping was overgrown and unsightly. The elevators were gross, dirty and unkept. The room was musty and hot. This appeared to be a king room that they poorly converted to a double. No headboard for one of the beds, urine stain on mattress pad. They shoved a desk against one of the beds and you couldn’t exit the bed on that side at all. The bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling. The continental breakfast was unappealing....

"We booked this hotel specifically because it had an indooor pool for our kids. The pool closed and the only reason i was given was they were “out of towels”. This made no sense and then when i ask again and suggested i could just use my own…. I was told it would be ready and open in about 30 mins bc housekeeping needed to clean up around it?? I could see inside and it was not messy. Just weird why it was closed and no one could give me a straight answer."
