"We booked this hotel while visiting family, and one of the main reasons we chose it was because we were traveling with my father, who is blind. We really appreciated the spacious accessible room and the grab bars in the bathroom, which made his stay much easier and more comfortable. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that affected our experience. "We really enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The entire facility was clean and well cared for. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but the breakfast lady, Tina, was the absolute best!"

"The air did not work in our room. We let them know and they switched us to the room next door. We went in and the air unit would not even come on. They switched us again to another room on the same floor and the same thing happened again. All of this going on after 11:00pm to a family of 4. After being switched to a 4th room on a different level, the air worked but the room had a weird smell. They were very happy to switch rooms and try to help us but it was pretty frustrating."

The staff from the front desk to the kitchen to the bar tenders were all friendly and attentive. Angela and Bryan - I can't say enough good about these two fine people. "I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. We drove down from Wisconsin for a tournament and arrived around 11:30 a.m. We stopped to ask about the earliest possible check-in so we could plan our day. We were told to come back in about an hour. We returned around 2:30 p.m., were given keys to Room 606, and left for our tournament. When we came back after 8:00 p.m., our room door was open.
