"The property was great. Right downtown. 30 minutes walk to Navy Pier and Mellenium Park. Clean hotel. Only complain is the doors to the rooms are big time heavy. Hard to get in being in a chair. Also the bed is defently high. Being in a wheelchair I had to get some help to make sure I dint fall off trying to get on. "

"We had a great stay at the 21c Museum Hotel. The location is amazing—just one block off the Magnificent Mile, with Trader Joe’s and Marshall’s right across the street, and only two blocks from the Starbucks Reserve. Super convenient to multiple bus lines and the red subway line, all within a short walk. Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant or the gym. No complaints at all—would happily stay here again! "
