"We spent a week in the house and can only give our best recommendations for anyone that wants a peaceful and quiet area. It’s close to Aqcui Terme (15-20 min with car), a little narrow and curved road up to Roccaverano with some good restaurants, 1 hour++ to cities like Asti, Alba, and Barolo (a must go if you are into wine). The house has a great outside area and a great pool. Volleyball in the pool was a success for both the teenagers and the adults. The house was clean and had all we needed...

"We were staying with a group of very good friends. The house was great with beautiful views to the north. Castino is 30 minutes away from most of the places to see in the area. So we spent mornings traveling out to sightsee and evenings hanging around the villa cooking, drinking wine and telling stories.
