"From the start, the staff went above and beyond. Before my stay, I had some issues with my credit card, but they were very communicative and worked with me to get everything sorted out. During my stay, they made sure I had the room I wanted with a beautiful beach view. Their customer service is top-notch! I would definitely come back. "

"Bed was clean and comfortable with good lighting. There was a fridge, microwave, and air conditioning in the room. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was also provided in the bathroom. Managers were responsive via e-mail and text whenever you had questions during the stay."

"Getting in and out was seamless. It's extremely easy to rely on the codes/app to get in and out. If you ever needed any help there was always someone at the front desk -- even when our flight was delayed and we got in after midnight. You can tell that the hotel experience is built to happen exclusively between the guest and the app. But for anyone who isn't tech savvy, there were plenty of staff around happy to help. "
