"We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. "The room is small, without a chair and the bed's overhead reading light didn't work. Thin small bath towels, spotty television service, and lack of trash pickup as advertised made the visit less pleasant. Location is good, parking was difficult to find. "

"Check in was simple with front desk/security staff (open 24 hours). WiFi was easy to connect, but on our final day, it would not connect to the TV no matter how many times we tried. The room was as depicted online, however, the comforter had a huge stain and there was only 3 full-sized towels. The washer was easy to use, but the dryer kept stopping even if the clothes were still wet. I had to start it over and over until the clothes were dry. (Pros: dish soap provided, sponge, fridge, ice trays,...

"The picture did not reflect the room . We didn't know it was a full 3 stories up stairs. No elevator. The bathroom was tiny."

"Was promoted as a hotel which it is not. Check in was a nightmare arrived at night was left a map and key in an envelope to my cottage could barely read it. Roads to cottage were dark, small and not well marked, had difficulty finding the cottage. No where to eat or get a drink even coffee. People were in Clubhouse when I arrived but locked doors and would not open. This is a country club with some cottages for rent. You are on your own in the middle of nowhere. Would never go back."
