"Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round"

"This was the best stay I have ever had with a VRBO. It was just perfect . It was clean stylish and everything I could have needed was there. Home away from home. The Hostess an d the owner of the property was very attentive, friendly and very welcoming and accommodating. Area it is in was near every thing I needed. "

Furniture in living room not as described or pictured - it was 2 single beds stacked perpendicularly, difficult to sit and watch TV. Otherwise the apartment was comfortable. Description should include narrow steep staircase to 2nd floor apartment."

"Clean and comfortable /adequate /enough space for our needs.Not many supplies in kitchen. Bed linens should be replaced! Hot water was sparse and took 10 minutes in tub and kitchen and bathroom sinks. Fabric softener on bed linens stunk very bad. Beds not very comfortable."

"Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels....
