"Air conditioning didn't work in our room. It was 30+ degrees outside, so the room was really hot. Staff gave us different answers, like "We can set it from here, if you go to the room it will be better within an hour" "It's broken in all the rooms, there's nothing we can do" "Here's my manager's ..."
