We had called ahead of time to find out this information and she simply said that she was new and it would stay on our reservation. "The suite was extremely comfortable and perfect for a big family, the beds in the rooms and sofa beds were comfortable and all rooms had their own ac to have preferences for each area. The showers were nice and clean. The only downside was the parking is not free, room service is by request only and the breakfast is not included. But overall we would stay here again the stay was very comfortable and we were able to sign into Netflix streaming."

"It was wonderful. We stayed in the Casa Blanca, Bogie and Bacall room. We practically had the upstairs to ourselves which was very nice. I loved the architecture, mission antique furniture, paintings and views. It felt like heaven to be there. Casa Blanca is very spacious and cozy. We were attending an event in Topanga, but access to the beach, hiking and Woodland Hills was great. Breakfast was always very good and it was nice talking to the other guests.
