Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, servicios y instalaciones y estado del alojamiento
Overall, it’s a lovely resort. The room was nice, the grounds were really beautiful, the use of spa and pickleball courts is nice, resort pool was nice. We had a platter of fresh fruit and complimentary snacks in the room.
A few issues during our stay, though:
Our luggage was taken out of our car without our approval and then we didn’t have access to it for a while when we needed it. We were told it’d be brought to the lobby so we could get, but after over an hour, it hadn’t been. We did, however, get early check in where our luggage was delivered, which was appreciated.
We were a group of three and yet our room (sleeps four) only had two robes and wine glasses. They did bring extra upon request, but for the cost, we’d expect these things to be done proactively. I believe all rooms should be stocked for max capacity.
The “rise and shine” breakfast delivered was a tiny bottle of OJ, plain coffee, and a single croissant. Could be a nice touch but for 3 people to share, it was inadequate. Complimentary which is nice, but essentially breakfast for one.
The staff often told us conflicting answers to any questions, and were often bickering at each other in front of us.
The beach club area isn’t very nice (though the staff there were excellent). No proper loungers, just chairs. They did give us blankets to take though.
The sound bath was crowded and you can hear reception, which ruined the vibe.
Good stay but not up to price standards.
