"Our apartment cosily fits four people with one double bedroom and a trundel bed/couch. The TV only has a range of french stations. The dining area is open plan with a clean hob, fridge, coffee marker, pans, cups, plates and a dishwasher. All clean and well presented. Although the apartment is small, its clean, cosy and much cheaper than the Disney park hotels. There is a seperate toilet and bath/shower room which is a small space but well presented with fresh towels and body and hand wash. The...

"This is the third time staying here this year and I just love it. The staff are incredible and so accommodating. As a solo female traveller they always go out of their way to make sure I feel safe and have a comfortable room. The bath towels are massive, the rooms are clean, the hotel is opposite the RER. "Our stay in the City Residence Saint Maurice was amazing! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful as well! Our room was really clean, and so was the kitchen and the bathroom. Luckily we had an AC (it was really hot in Paris during our stay). Also Saint-Maurice is underrated: it’s pretty nice and calm there, no safety concerns or issues (we were too young women)! It got some beautiful places ! I’ll definitely recommend to stay in the City Residence Saint Maurice! Merci bien pour votre...

"Wonderful aparthotel with excellent amenities. Love that there is a laundry room , gym with sauna and breakfast area plus the rooftop is fabulous. Super clean rooms with high functioning air conditioning for those hot Paris summer days. Price point friendly in a great area walking distance of 2 Metro stations. Highly recommend and will definitely return. "

"We loved the property. The aqua area is very conveniently on the premises. The accommodation suites are very cute and cozy. I loved spending time on the deck. You need to have a car because there are no shops around the property or you could request for uber which might take time depending on the time."
