"Great location , newly remodeled and quite cozy. Very clean and had all the little things you need to be comfy. Safe neighborhood a giant tv andvery comfortablemattresses ! Even a crib fora baby which thankfully we did notneed. Owners were great and kept to themselves. Highly recommend! Sheila"

"The house was great! The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The neighbor, Kay, was very friendly and personable. The code didnt work when we first arrived but a quick phone call and we were inside within minutes. The house had everything we needed including complimentary drinks, spices, condiment packets, etc. There was not one thing that we needed that we didnt find in the house. We would definitely stay again!"

"We really enjoyed this spot as a home base for exploring the Denver area. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. The place was bright, clean and well equipped. There were no issues and the host was very nice. Great value for the price. "

"We arrived a few hours early for a 2-1/2 week stay. In order to check in to this EMPTY residence, we had to pay an additional fee.TV's were difficult to use.Carpets were stained.Limited equipment but great location."

"Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Got a good nights sleep in the comfortable beds. Used the grill for most of our cooking while enjoying a movie outside eating s’mores and popcorn. Will definitely be back to stay here again. "

"We had a nice stay. There was space for a small brunch and comfortable for 9 of us. It is in a quiet, felt safe neighborhood. Nice sidewalks with lots of pretty gardens in the home surrounding the place. Lots of places close by to shop for food. Close to a light rail station and not far from the airport."

"It was the best place we stay at so far it fealt like we were back home 10/10 and would definitely pick this place again when i go back to Denver "

"These two houses are both functional and you will have great memories. John was able to accommodate us with early check in and was there for any of our needs during our stay. Parking was a little different since the parking ordinances are changing in the front of the house which forced us to park in the alley. Dishwasher wasn't working correctly and the WiFi didn't work. We were a family of 11 and had many laughs, enjoyed the spaces and absolutely loved the sand volley ball court too."

"The town home was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has everything that you would need. Comfortable beds and furniture. Steve was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!"

"My son was getting married at Wash Park Boathouse so we wanted a place big enough for all of us and kinda close. We had 5 adults and a toddler with us. With the bedrooms all on different levels, it gave each of us our own space. It was great that the kitchen was very well furnished so we could prepare meals without having to eat out all the time. Parking was never a problem. Our only issue was figuring out the lights! Lots of switches with lots of dimmers! Labels would be great! :-)...
