Best part they arranged a complimentary glass factory tour to Murano! I also recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. "Great breakfast included with our suite. Beautiful room on the canal. Weather was cold so windows stayed closed for the most part, but would be great spot to have open and enjoy the sounds of the city during warmer weather. Heat worked great and staff was wonderful. Very convenient location to all things Venice. Everything walkable (a little distance to walk from train station, but we did with no problem). Could take water taxi just a few steps away from hotel if desired."

"Room was clean and well appointed. A few marks on the walls from guests and their luggage mishandling. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Quiet building in central area of Venice. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Only small criticism was they locked us out before 10 and it was a hassle to get back in our day of departure. Overall highly recommended."
