"If you want a unique place to stay outfitted with high end sleek amenities, this is the place. This floating condo had a great view towards the bay, including sea planes docked close by and great sunrises. There was never any time where we felt any motion either. The downside is that it is very close to a major highway with traffic noise, but we didn’t let that bother us. Host is very attentive. We’d love the chance to stay here again!"

"This place was perfect for what we needed. My brother and I came for a quick overnight stay for a not-very-fun reason. Tera was so gracious, helpful, and welcoming. The lodging is a guesthouse that Tera has put a lot of effort into furnishing so that it has everything a tired traveler might need. It felt cozy and safe.
