"We had a terrible experience. When we came to the hotel we understood that there is overbooking and there is no free room for us. It was 22:00, and we had to start searching in Saturday night for a place to sleep. The staff of the hotel were acting friendly and tried to help. I stayed at the phone for 2 h.(two hours) with expedia agents.
