"The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay."

"We enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Täsherhof. We chose this location based on the proximity to the train and that it could easily accommodate our family of four. Our room (family room) was in the "new" part of the hotel and was clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The balcony was a nice touch! "This was our first trip to Zermatt and I picked this hotel based on reviews. We traveled as a family with 2 adults and 2 young adults, age 20 and 15. We were very pleased. We had 2 rooms. Very clean and nice views. Housekeeping was A+. Concierge was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Nice lobby bar with game room where you can have a drink, smoke Cuban cigars and watch a game. Piano player wonderful. Spa and pools/hot tubs perfect. You can not go wrong with this wonderful hotel!"
