Review done by my wife. The stay was just adequate. Listing is incorrect. Says it's for 10 people but only sleeps 8! Also there is no murphy wall bed or any extra bed in the master; it is in the hallway on the floor. Note: there is no BBQ as this listing says but the host was very accommodating and brought us a briquette BBQ to use. Has a total of 4 forks(very small), only a few spoons, 4 small glasses, small mugs, no extra foils, saran, baggies. So there was not enough general use utensils in the kitchen for what the listing sleeps. One hand towel for the whole house!, so we needed to use bath towels in the bathrooms, and no dish towels in the kitchen. Lots of paper towels for kitchen purposes. We had to put the full load of dishes away from the dishwasher. Just enough small bath towels and sheets minus one top sheet for the extra bed, an no extra sheets, Only extra comforters for bedding. The house wasn't very clean. Dust on all the lights, mineral and dirt on all the taps, area rug looked dirty, and the other side of the island was disgusting. The bathroom shower curtain was just a liner that was barely hanging on, and there was only Irish spring body wash in the main bath which to me is a men's product. I had to use the hand soap to wash myself. There were just too many things to not let people know about this house which is a TOWNHOUSE actually. Sorry hosts but I believe you need to clean better, add more linens and kitchen items to match your listing, and a BBQ!

The address is wrong. Broken furniture ( door handle, coffee table) no check out instruction. Definitely need to pack dishtowels and towels. Back yard is ok. The outside garbage can was full with garbage bags in the bushes.

Not at all as advertised. No Murphy bed in the king bedroom . It's a blow up mattress in the closet. No pull out bed in the living room it's a dirty mattress at the top of the stairs ( that when lifter to check if we left anything behind before we left was on top of a nest of bugs and dirt . Not enough pillows for all guests ( host was informed beforehand exactly how many guests would be there. Not enought cutlery, not enough towels, dining chairs etc. we had to go out and purchase chairs and pillows and cutlery to be able to use the space. No check in instructions were given . I had to call VRBO 2 hours before check in to get the host to reapply. No check out instructions were given . We tried to clean before we left but there were no cleaning products just oven cleaner. The backyard was completely overgrown with a wobbly staircase to get outside. We couldn't let the kids go outside. The carpets were stained and hard . Overall an embarrassing stay for my family whom traveled from Scotland to visit.The place was very neat up for a (brand new build) we spent more time taking photos of the property to cover our back incase we were blamed for how damaged the property was when we arrived. Beware

Quiet and spacious

Quiet area of the city. Large home - but a little miscommunicated. No murphy bed in the main bedroom. Just a king bed with an air mattress available in the closet. 4th bed in the ‘living room’ was a queen mattress on the floor. Served our purpose. Nice to have access to a garage. 2.5 bathrooms nice for a large group of women!

Pretty alright

I stayed for 2 days with a group of friends and the beds were very comfortable and lots of space. There were some cleanliness issues such as some bedding being a bit unclean. and some small problems such as a broken microwave handle
